Ingredients
- Eggs
- Ham
- Cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Butter
Method
- Crack the eggs into a bowl & beat them until foamed.
- Heat up the pan, add butter and let it melt.
- When the pan is hot enough, pour in the eggs, let the egg set awhile till it look like a pancake.
- Gently slide around the egg with your spatula, then add in the cheese and ham.
- Let it cook awhile, remove and transfer the omelette to a plate.
- Add in the lettuce and mayonnaise.
- Gently roll up the omelette.
- Ready to be serve.
