Ham Egg Roll




Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Butter

Method

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl & beat them until foamed.
  2. Heat up the pan, add butter and let it melt.
  3. When the pan is hot enough, pour in the eggs, let the egg set awhile till it look like a pancake.
  4. Gently slide around the egg with your spatula, then add in the cheese and ham.
  5. Let it cook awhile, remove and transfer the omelette to a plate.
  6. Add in the lettuce and mayonnaise.
  7. Gently roll up the omelette. 
  8. Ready to be serve.
