Homemade Sio Bak

Ingredients
Pork belly
Spices
Fermented bean curd
Salt Pepper

Mix everything together into a paste.

Prepare meat by continually poking into the skin, rinse and placed into boiling water for around 10 mins.

Take out from the boiling water, wipe dry. Rub salt onto the skin and marinate the meat with the prepared paste. Marinate for like 2 hrs.

Poke the skin again before putting it into grill.

Observe and grill for 2hours.

Let cool for 30mins before serving.
